This can be seen through the top story on the page being a story on Dua Lipa , a musician whose audience is dominated by females. The colour palette of the website is very neutral, meaning the brighter colours on the images for the stories pop out, grabbing attention. Furthermore, the rest of the top stories are also all containing female models, musicians etc. One of sections on the website is beauty, more targeted towards females who may feel that they are expected to conform to the media and societies beauty standards. Another section is runway, dominated by women, and this is seen on the main image when you click in that section.     In this magazine for MODE MEN , we can se e that the cover is targeted towards an adult male audience, through the main image, the color scheme and the coverlines. The masthead would attract the target audience of males as it is well-known , boldly written and large on the cover. The darker color scheme with the black would typically interest a male audience over a female one, who may prefer brighter and more colorful magazines. The coverlines are all in white, standing out from the background in strong and serious font , being simple so attracts a more mature and older audience. The model also would attract a male audience as he is presented as a strong man large and central in the main image.
